general policies
Scheduling
Fill out the contact form. Please include dates or specials information I should take into account.
If you would like a free consultation to go over any questions or ideas you have select the option on the contact form. Turn around time is 24-48 hours.
payment
Once you have selected a session type and date, I will send you a retainer invoice for a 30% deposit and a contract.
Once I receive the retainer payment and contract, your session will be confirmed via email.
The final invoice will be sent to you 48 hours before the shoot date. Payment is due before your photoshoot date.

cancellations
If you need to cancel your photography session, a notice of least 48 hours before the scheduled session is required.
If you cancel your session within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the 30% deposit fee will not be refunded.
This deposit can be credited towards a future photoshoot.
rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your photography session, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date and time, depending on availability.
If rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance, your 30% deposit will be transferred to your new scheduled session date.
Emergencies
I understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to such circumstances, please reach out as soon as possible, and I will do our best to work with you.
delivery time
24-48 hours after our shoot, you will receive 3-5 image sneak peaks.
2-4 weeks after your photo session, your images will be delivered via a link to a private photo gallery with a PIN code.
Please add 2-3 weeks for +Film Sessions.
Film Only Sessions 4-6 weeks delivery time.
Films will be delivered via Dropbox folder + USB drive.
delivery process
You will be sent an e-mail with a link to an online gallery where you can view and select your final edits.
Once selected you will be able to download and share your final images.
If you need more images than included in your session package, you can purchase additional edited images for $7 each.
If you find yourself wanting to purchase more than a few extras, I offer packages or you can purchase a complete buyout of entire edited gallery.
Once downloaded, these images are yours. You can share and print them as you please.
*You will have 60 days to view, share and download your hi-res images from the gallery.

With your final edited photos in hand, it's time to enjoy the beautiful memories we've created together.
Feel free to share your joy and your stunning images on social media, or with your loved ones, as you see fit.
Once downloaded, these images are yours.

mini sessions
Mini photo sessions are a shorter in duration than traditional sessions. 30 minutes in duration.
These are great sessions if you need something quickly or only need a few images.
customized sessions
I offer customized package sessions. If you have an idea or unique concept, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Depending on my schedule, I am also available events and special occasions.
gift certificates
Want to give someone special the gift of a photo session?
I offer e-gift certificates that can be sent directly to the recipient in your name. Need a more personalized delivery?
I can mail a gift certificate to your special someone with a message from you.
local Travel
Corsicana, Dallas, Ft. Worth and surrounding area
Travel fees may apply for for locations exceeding a 1 hour drive from Corsicana, Texas.
international travel
Depending on my schedule and the location, I am available for sessions anywhere in the world.
A customized session package an be created that best meets your needs and vision.
consultations
A Booking Consultation is prior to your booking and useful if you need help deciding which package session is right for you.
Once you have booked your session we will have another pre-shoot consultation to discuss and plan your shoot in more detail.
Your photos should reflect your unique vision and personality. During your consultation, I encourage you to tell me about your ideas and preferences.
Share your vision, location choices, theme, clothing preferences, and any specific shots you have in mind. Your input is invaluable in creating a customized and meaningful photoshoot.
Retouching
After your photoshoot, my work continues behind the scenes.
I meticulously curate and enhance the best shots from your session through post-processing.
This includes color correction, retouching, and various other enhancements to make your images truly remarkable.
